Bet/fold.
He'll call with some worse hands, but he probably won't raise with worse hands. You don't want to induce a big bluff with a check since you end up calling too much when he actually has a better hand, and he'll check behind too much with hands he might have called a river bet with. So, set your own price instead of letting him set one with bet/fold, probably $6 or so.
