Villain appears very loose passive from stats. Bet/fold is much more +EV here than c/c'ing and IMO c/c is -EV. Villain appears showdown bound here and bet/fold gets value for our hand here (I'd 1/2 PSB), and if we are raised we can probably find a fold. Given villains passiveness, we are taking the worst of it by check calling because he is rarely bluffing river or betting a hand that we beat.
