Had the same problem some time ago. I just sent FT an email explaining my problem and asked them for a solution. They reactivated my new account and closed the old one, so that i could receive RB. They also added 5 bucks to my new account as a sign of good will [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].
But you're probably better served in the internet gambling forum.
