Flop always. It's about what you're representing. Say you call QQ here and the flop is T54. You have to c/r there to represent a mid-T. Then he'll 3-bet with JJ/AT/KT/maybe less and you can either cap or c/r the turn/river depending on the guy.
If you call and c/r the turn, your facing two big problems. a) turn check through and b)your play looks like a big hand. You don't want him making any hero folds with tp or a mid-PP.
