The end of the challenge doesn't really change anything for me. I'm still trying to shed pounds and doing all that good stuff.
I have a goal of being below 200 by Jan 1, but I don't really have a specific target. Part of that is that this isn't really a diet. It isn't like I'm going to hit some target weight and then stop going to the gym and change how I eat.
