Search for time charge or time rake. There's a lot of posts about it. At 2/5 I don't think it's detrimental. You will never convince me that HNO didn't implement this policy because the 1/2 NL games weren't bringing in enough full rake pots. Time charge really cuts into stacks in a 1/2 200 game.
