So, where exactly do you see the 5% deduction. I'm not saying they don't, becuase the numbers don't jive, but I don't see any verification that this done.

The following was confirmed to me by email -

Yes.

“*processing charges - How is this calculated? based on how many times they withdraw , deposit , etc? Is this a flat 5% for all players? Is this a standard 5% deduction from MGR? Is there a any difference if a player withdraws 20 times a month vs one time.”

This is currently 5% of MGR for all players
