Only problem is that if he has an ace with a diamond kicker > 6 you are a slight underdog and you're not a big favorite over anything but a bare ace with no FD. I would actually fold this flop and not feel bad about it. Also if he is loose/bad that puts more suited trash hands into his range making a flush more likely.
