My guess is its not allowed. In addition to "no illegal file sharing", there is also a "no torrent" policy. While you're probably not breaking any copyright laws, 2+2 has a stricter policy about copyright than the law requires.
But to get the real answer, crosspost in ATF. The Admins read that forum and its more on topic over there.
