Obviously they won't give you any money from it, but you will be able to reap the benefits from the good health care, social services and general high standard of Norway.

And yes it's very likely that they'll never use it, but they'll still use some of the revenue they get from it. (it's basically a pension fund, eventhough it's commonly reffered to as an oil fund)
