I don't know about the prepaid Visas.
Cake Poker deducts bonuses, gold card promos, deposit fees and purchases made from the store.
My experience has been the store over deducts by about 40-50%. For example the last ipod I got had a receipt with it and they deducted $70 more then that amount from my MGR. This was the third time they had done that and they refused to budge saying they deducted fair market value even though obviously they didn't. Keep this in mind as you make purchases or you can use the gold chips for freerolls and they don't deduct them at all.
