The flop is as dry as it gets and there's a third player that might get sucked into the pot with a flat call.
If I raise here I represent 99+. My reasoning was that I get more value out of the hand if I don't show strength right away. Further I think if I give both villains the chance to improve to trips or 2 pair they will certainly stack off with a hand that they might fold to a raise on the flop.
The only reason to raise the flop is to build the pot and I thought I could still do this on the turn and river.
