This is an email i sent partypoker:
These two handhistories from the same table from the same person shows
how a player is misusing Disconnect protect. As anyone can see, he is
disconnecting since he would never dream of calling in that spot - thus
illegally taking my money. Doing it twice leaves nobody in any sort of
doubt that this is intentionally.

This is real money he is robbing from me, and therefore i expect legal
action to be taken against him, since this is clearly a police matter.

Also I expect as a high volume player to have swift and accurate
compensation from the player in question.

Needless to say they sent me a standard reply telling me how they can never be entirely sure if someone is disconnecting, and basically telling me how they would rather risk the small chance of losing me compared to going through the hassle and the loss of money by freezing the player in questions money
