Yep. If the player who raised was passive enough that you knew he was pat, go ahead and fold. In a bigger game you might try to power through him and make him break, but I doubt that's going to work here.

Otherwise you're fine. If you want to get really tight you can fold an unbreakable nine predraw, but I don't recommend it.
