1988 is within the last two decades. Last I checked we're in 2007.
You honestly think that 2007 Hawaii is better than 2006 Michigan or 2002 OSU though? I really can't believe that. Where would you rank them this year? (Looking more toward how good the team is/future results than what they "deserve" based on their record.)
