Default 200NL - Bet bet bet in reraised pot

I was playing TAG, I apparently had 16/14/4.5 stats for this session, and was probably playing playing about that on this table. No real history. First time playing with villain, wasn't actively checked PT, but he definitely seemed to loose, and appeared to be at least somewhat of a station pre and post flop. How much though is hard to say.

First time I've seen him min-raise preflop. His stats were 45/14/.5 for the session, and that's about what he seemed at the time.

Hero shoves his $136 behind?

Thoughts on other streets are welcome too. I know some people say they 3 bet to like $20-22 preflop (so over pot) even if someone minraises. I'm not sure about that, but I'm willing to be convinced.

Flop and turn bets were pretty small, but the board was quite dry. I was playing high, in retrospect I probably would have made turn $50 to make the river a slightly easier shove. Thoughts?
