I think kyleb's pole about banning blutarski is misconduct as a mod.
It is an obvious attempt at "Hey I don't like the guy, so let's ban him for no reason."
Whereas kyleb's utility might increase I think banning a very acceptable, consistent poster poses a heavy decrease in overall bbv4l welfare.
Misusing mod powers and the people's trust to increase one's personal utility by sacrificing such a tremendous amount of public welfare should be a banable offense.
