Default Re: Dealer changing mid-hand

Yeep. Not only does that open the door to a whole lot of problems, it reinforces the idea of dealers as interchangable trained monkeys. Well, okay, that's what we are, but why be so blatant about it?

LOL (and I agree about the open door thing - what is management thinking???)

Sounds like management is just being anal about pushes staying on sched (say first dealer has to wait a minute, then the next dealer has to wait two.. Lord forbid if they have to wait for an Omaha hand...)
I also agree this is just opening the door for problems. Can you imagine the floor having to go back and forth from the pre/flop dealer to the turn/river dealer to get all the action?? That alone should disuade them.
