OMG this would suck so much. I think I can speed walk faster then I can run backwards, but I could be wrong on this. I think I could run a backwards mile ~12 min but this is pretty hard to estimate.
I think I'd wear a helmet, as it's almost a sure thing that I'd fall on my ass several times during the run.
