i also just watched a play where Randy Moss runs a slant, LIto Sheppard pulls his jersey off on of his shoulders, even exposing his shoulder pads on his right shoulder (2nd QTR 00:15) and there is no call.
Lito sheppard's holding obviously led to an incomplete pass to Randy Moss
