I dont know your stats but I hope your CBET% is 70+ and if there are thinking players in the table, they will notice it. You raised preflop + checked the flop, something is wrong. Also the flop is very drawy - flush + straight draw. So I would bet this flop. For value, for destroy the drawing odds and not to give out my hand.
As played, bet more turn. I would make very little bet 12-13$ on the river.
OT: If I were one of the Villain I will fold even bottom set on the turn. Its crystal clear that you have nuts. Bet, Flop Check and very small bet on the turn == nuts.
