this is close to the point of the matter. at this point, all is heresay.

the damage has "partially" been done. everybody can ask..."where do i play?" or "Where is my $$ safe?" or "What do i do?" etc, etc.

who cares what happens from here if it scares off all the fish? the more people THINK that the law changes things (even if it turns out to affect nothing), the fewer people will log on to play. and isnt that where you all make your $$ from in the first place?

continue to hang by every piece of news all you want, but Frist & Co. dropped a HUGE bomb on the industry, and regardless of "meaningful" legislation or "enforcement issues," your win rate is going to suffer for quite some time.
