Well, I definitely would have let this go preflop. With a raise that size it will be hard to clean up often enough to make it profitable. On top of that you have terrible absolute and relative position.
You have about 150 left on the turn which I think is enough to push this flop. You probably don't have the best hand right now but you do have some fold equity and you have some outs if you are behind.
