You're in a tourney, and the blinds are T500/1000. BB has only T750 left. He posts his T750 and is all-in. You are UTG. You must post the full BB of T1000. If there are multiple callers, then a side pot will be created with T250 from each of the callers which they are now playing for, but which the BB cannot win. If you are the only caller, then you will get T250 back, and will playing heads up against the BB for T2000 (T750 from you and the BB + T500 from the SB).
