Just shove. You're crushing their limping ranges and the effective stacks are only as big as CO's stack (10 BBs), so pushing here isn't an overbet at all since you'd have odds to be calling any push if you just raised.
So just push in the first place... you'd most likely add 2k chips to your stack without a showdown and you're almost always ahead here if you're called. Plus, you'll be denying odds for the blinds to get involved. Plus, you'll be reinforcing in your opponent's minds that they don't want to play against you unless they have a real hand, which makes it easier to put them on ranges later.
The only apprehension I have here is that sometimes limps from stacks under 10 BBs are done with monsters in order to induce a raise. But I think that's just a small part of their ranges and pushing is very EV+.
