Default $6.50 45man turbo on Stars - making a play with 98o

No strong reads. I shoved preflop once and a super short stack called. I showed AKo and won the pot. Otherwise, I haven't done much.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero (t1565)
BB (t1370)
UTG (t3840)
MP (t1970)
CO (t995)
Button (t1280)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls t150, 1 fold, CO calls t150, Button: calls t150, Hero raises to t1565

Is there enough dead money in the pot to make this move? I felt that I had a lot of fold equity against these players and that this move could be successful. Should I have waited until I had a shorter stack?
