Default NL100, Turned a set, facing possible trouble

Table is fishy, (Im talking VPIP's 50+ all around) Villain is 52/19/0.8 and has been running well/showing down good hands and getting paid off by the numerous calling stations at the table to build his stack.

Turn card looks like a lifesaver, until his lead into me, which threw me off a little. What do we do now?
