This is a good objection that many top christian apologists have trouble with. According to
William Lane Craig God so ordered the world that only those who would hear and believe the christian gospel were born in a time and place in history were they would be able to hear it. Hence, all the Native Americans and Asians that never heard the gospel would have never believed it anyway and are now being tormented for their sins against a holy god for all eternity.
Like all other gratuitous rationalizations of religion, it is very convenient.
