In my opinion the biggest adjustment in these tournaments is from 100/200 to 150/300/25.
Until 100/200 I play fairly tight to drastically increase my steals and pushes once you get to 150/300/25 and beyond.
Don't be afraid to play huge pots with hands as AQ, AJ, TT because the average opponent is very bad.
