it's the complete opposite of the way Mike White built the program in the early 80s. White brought in alot of thuggish, ruggish JC guys that ran rough shot over campus. Zook actually does try to bring in guys on a character angle. I mean, they're still football players. But, it seems he is getting as many 'nice' guys as one can for a football team.
