OK. Maybe I speak imprecisely but to me when I say "I'd call sometimes and raise never" means "I'd fold most of the time, I'd call some of the times, I'd raise never". I'm calling if my opponent is the kind of bad where he could realistically not have started with a 3 card 8, and/or where he will continue along if I pull ahead.
