If you can find someway to get in their rooms...
Get 12 battery powered alarm clocks from Wal Mart (like $3 each) and then set them to go off at 15 min intervals starting at like 3:30am. Then, get in their room and hide them...preferably in those removable ceiling tiles in some dorm ceilings, so that the alarm clocks are in the ceiling.
Have fun watching them go crazy...
