PNL does a good job of dealing with this. A nice comfortable stack-to-pot ratio on the flop for committing yourself with big overpairs against an average player is 6:1 and this is pretty much right there. Putting him in on the river is fine.

As a note, a good SPR is one where you will be profitable against an opponents all-in range if the hand goes all-in by showdown. In this case it means that over the long run if you get AA in against an average villain with an SPR of 6:1 you will be turning a profit.
