Default 6.5 Bubble Call...is this bad?

Got berated pretty incessantly after this by the guy I busted...so, just want to check.

However, he insisted on calling me a "chaser" over and over...and I'm not really sure what relevance that has to the call.

2 folds, SB raises all-in t1300, Hero calls t900 (pot was t1800).

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (t2700, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: t2700)

Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (t2700, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: t2700)

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (t2700, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: t2700)

Final pot: t2700

My theory was, pot odds are great, and if I win, I get ITM...might be my best chance with the amount of BB I have to make it ITM...not to mention that his range is ATC right? Thoughts?

Oh, and I went on to win the tourney after this, with him berating me the whole time, so that was fun.
