If you are going to fold on the river if you don't get there, I'd call. If you hit, SB will almost always make a crying call (from my experience). So, you're saving ~$30 when you miss, and getting the extra ~$30 when you hit.
If you are going to call the river because he could have been bluffing a flush draw or another set or whatever, push.
