Bet out on the flop. If not, check-raise the flop. Bet out on the turn. If not, check-raise the turn. I don't like it at all. What is he folding here on the river that you can beat? You said you might get the impression that hes capable of "big laydowns". However, generally I think even QQ/KK/AA without the flush pays off a great deal of the time here. Possibly out of confusion or just frustration.
