Hopp's button raising range in this situation is pretty wide here, and certainly includes J10, Q10, KJ, A9, to name a few of the many holdings he might have that beats you. Still I call his turn raise. We are getting 8:1 at this point. Probably end up c/c the river.
A good percentage of the time his is a FSR.
