The replayer uses the cards3.png for the community cards, and the cardsmall.png, for the players hole-cards. I would assume the problem is your cardsmall.png, or lack there-of.

Please dont ask me to make a cardsmall.png for tha waffle deck I posted in-line,cuz it wont happen.

No Idea. That would likely be a Windows setting or perhaps inside of a program like TweakUI.
