This has happened to me lately, but only intermittently. Sometimes I notice that I can chat, but maybe later in the same session the words don't display.

I haven't noticed a common denominator yet for the times this happens.

I've always assumed that reloading the programme would sort out this minor glitch, but it hasn't bothered me enough to make the effort.
