He is capable of folding his worse hands to 2K allins. Let's say, for the sake of argument, that the most he calls with stuff like J3 is 1K.

raise it to 1k w/ A9,88+. auto push flop. if he sucks out, reload. or just buy-in for 2k and wait for monsters and push preflop w/ them. even if u only get a good hand every 3 orbits, it's still +EV. since u'll only be paying 90 dollars in blinds while waiting for a big hand and he raises to 350. either way, buy-in for 2k.
