Close. I would call if he opened in LP. I would also call if the K was any suit but a club. It's stupid but ppl are more apt to bluff river if they picked up a FD on the turn and missed. As played he has only air, or made hands no missed draws, so I don't think his range is rich enough in bluffs for you to call.

So call is out, but the board is dry enough that you can consider shoving, though stacks are a bit too shallow for it. I wouldn't try this against a normal player, but ppl with AFs that high normally aren't the type to make big calls.
