Your thread is difficult to understand in parts and all I know of this situation is from the thread about it that you linked.

I don't think this could possibly be the actual 2+2 standard, is it?
I would never be able to have the full 2+2 screen up at many types of work-places or in front of mixed company simply because of the avatars.

Obviously I can block avatars or block all images or whatever. But we're talking about 2+2 in its current form being safe to view at work. And I think some of the avatars alone already make it pretty iffy.

Note that I'm not necessarily complaining. The standard fwiw has already been established of what kinds of avatars are okay I think. But calling them SFW would be incorrect for many situations imo.
