Default Re: New Software - PersonalPokerPal

Well, looks nice, but a few points:
- too expensive. I can make an excel sheet and track winnings on my own.
- enter manually? Why not use a Pokertracker DB ...
- no test version? won't pay 80$ for a tool which isn't worth the money?

We appreciate that without a trial version you will not have an indication of all the products features. This program is much more than a spreadsheet. The ease in which you can create and analyse extremely flexible reports on all your results is not something that is achievable in a spreadsheet without extensive knowledge (and even with this knowledge is very time consuming and messy).

With the manual entry process, we have tried to make it as quick and easy as possible (eg. the use of favorites). Again, we appreciate this is difficult to gauge without a trial version, hence the reason we will be offering one shortly. Recording a result takes a matter of seconds.

As mentioned previously, a trial version will be available ASAP. Please note as well, the quoted price is in Australian dollars not US and is a one off payment (not subscription as is the case with some programs). We feel this is a reasonable price for the product and all its features - In many cases this is less than the cost of 1 tournament entry fee.
