Default Re: Home Games (who do you allow)

[ QUOTE ]
Hi, I have been to many home games in the area, and I was wondering if you guys allowed kids to play. I have been to home games where a couple of kids were playing maybe 15 or 16 yrs. old. Is that something you guys don't allow? Or it doesnt matter?

I'd probably let a player's son or daughter play in a friendly home game if that person's father/mother was in the game with them. It would depend on the maturity of the young person and the nature of their relationship with the others in the game.

I'd never let a player like that play in a fairly serious home cash game with a bunch of adults who are aquaintences rather than close friends.

And wouldn't let a player like that into a more friendly home game without a parent playing with them.
