Is Perkins the next Duncan? No. Is he a serviceable player who rebounds and plays defense for 20-25 minutes per game? Yes.
Especially for the Celtics, he's a hell of a lot better than the guys backing him up (Powe, Big Baby, Pollard, Scal).
Clark...don't be hating on the Celtics, because they actually took the time to build a contendor, rather than going for quick fixes with guys like Ben Wallace to get them lots of regular season wins and a second round exit.
