I play 20bb NLO8 from 5/10 - 25/50. Everyone I play knows this. When both my stack and my opponents stack > 30bb's, I leave. It is no secret. Sometimes I double up and leave right away, sometimes I lose 7 flips before I leave. 99% of the time, I immediately start another table. If I didnt, it was because I wasnt going to be playing much longer, and the lower table 5/10 that I was sitting at I must have been finishing a session, not starting.
