The Borgata does a 2-way game at just that range.
But this week, you want to go to the Taj. There's a $300+40 O8 tournament tomorrow, and a 2 way hi low Thursday, all part of the Trump Classic. But if you want regular cash game in hi low, just camp out at the Taj anyway, other than the Borgata game which I am not sure goes all the time, the Taj has constant hi low.
