I have no idea if either your bonus or MGR calculations are correct. However, if your MGR is $25 and you cleared $6 bonus, then yes, the remainder is correct. So RB alone would get you $6.75, bonus alone would get you $6, but both together gives you $11.13. RB + Bonus > RB OR Bonus.
Edit to add: I don't play FT regularly, so I wasn't sure about the rest of the numbers. Now that I check, I think your other numbers are accurate. The thing is, they don't particularly matter, as it isn't a choice of RB OR bonus.
