I think spots like this are close enough to be judgment calls and are very opponent/read dependent. Unless opponent is a rock, and especially if he is somewhat LAG, I say call but be prepared to give up on 5th. There aren't THAT many dead cards, and you have enough equity in the pot to draw for 1 small bet. And yes, a 3 is a very likely pair card for him.
