Aside from range considerations, there's something else to keep in mind here. You're the big stack here and are about to enter the pushing phase. While many people get a bit wilder when they have the big stack, I've come to appreciate another approach. I tighten up a bit with the big stack through the 150-200 levels and open up when it hits 200 and blinds. I'm actually looking for bigger edges before that point when I'm already ahead. I believe this is a good approach because your opponents are at their most exploitable during that phase and the big stack you've preserved is the best way to do it.
